Mount Alexander Shire Council is pleased to be part of a state wide program supporting individuals to learn how to make short films entirely with a smartphone.

Smartphone Stories is a free two-day workshop for people who live, work or study in Mount Alexander Shire, presented by Cinespace with support from Vic Health.
